Do you plan to change PC, Mac or Smartphone ?



Here are the recommendations that you will have to follow to help you.

• If you are on Windows
1. Remember to delete your certificate and save all personal data in a safe and secure location
2. Remember to erase/format your computer
3. In the event of theft or loss of the PC, change your password as soon as possible and warn the administrator to block the certificate and/or the account, it is very important for data security
4. Once you have your new PC, contact the administrator to return the certificate
5. Consult the procedure received during the 1st email

• If you are on Mac / iPhone
1. Remember to delete the openvpn configuration file and back up all personal data in a safe and secure location
2. Remember to erase / format your mac / iPhone
3. In the event of theft or loss of the Mac, change your password as soon as possible and warn the administrator, this is very important for data security
4. Once you have your new Mac / iPhone, contact the administrator to return the openvpn configuration file
5. Consult the procedure received during the 1st email

• If you are one ChromeOS / Android
1. Remember to delete the openvpn configuration file and back up all personal data in a safe and secure location
2. Remember to erase / format your ChromeBook / Android
3. In the event of theft or loss of the ChromeOS computer / Android Smartphone, change your password as soon as possible and warn the administrator, this is very important for data security
4. Once you have your new ChromeOS computer / Android Smartphone, contact the administrator to return the openvpn configuration file
